I mondi di Galileo

The Veneto pays homage to Galileo, who made some of his most important discoveries in the territory of the Republic of Venice. A journey from his first observations using a telescope to the technological progress of the present day: the wonders of the Universe and the outstanding intuitions of Galileo are described in conferences, exhibitions, shows, workshops and events held in Venice, Padua and the Cadore area. 

At the Giorgio Cini Foundation will be held

the performance A Plaything for the Great Observer at Rest 
the shows Space is the place e Connoisseurs of Chaos 
the conferences by Mario Biagioli e Kim Stanley Robinson, Paul Steinhardt, Seth Lloyd, Pierre Lèna, David Gross, Enrico Bellone, Antonio Lazcano.
