Comparing Compositional and Educational Experiences"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Coordinated by Angelo Foletto, the round table will investigate the\u00a0idea of the \u201cVenetian School\u201d put forward by musicologist Giovanni<br \/>\nMorelli in his influential essay La Carica dei Quodlibet. What he was\u00a0referring to was a milieu in the 1940s and \u201850s, or the \u201cbottega degli<br \/>\n\u2018alti conversari\u2019\u201d (workshop of high-flown conversations) made up of a\u00a0triangle of three composers: Gian Francesco Malipiero, Bruno Maderna\u00a0and Luigi Nono.
