Today the Fondazione Giorgio CiniBoard of Directors, chaired by Giovanni Bazoli, approved the cultural activities programme for 2019. The disciplines involved in the varied array of cultural eventsrange from history of art to music, theatre, and religious studies: 35 academic or educational meetings(conferences, study days, workshops and seminars); over 20 concerts; 5 new exhibitions at the Palazzo Cini or on the Island of San Giorgio Maggiore; around 20 scholarships, over 30 publicationsand a prize– the 6th edition of the Benno Geiger Poetry Translation Prize.
