plus May, 12Sep, 19 2021

In conjunction with the opening of the Biennale di Venezia, the Fondazione Giorgio Cini present EST. Storie italiane di viaggi, città e architetture.

This exhibition, held in the Sala Carnelutti on the Island of San Giorgio Maggiore, features six Italian and internationally renowned architectural design studios: RPBW – Renzo Piano Building Workshop, aMDL Circle, Studio Fuksas, Archea Associati, Piuarch and MCA – Mario Cucinella Architects.

Curated by Luca Molinari Studio, this is a new narrative consisting of drawings, photos, writings and memoirs that, opening in Italy, looks towards the East and unwinds through time starting with precious materials from the Fondazione Giorgio Cini archives and continuing to the present with some recent projects developed by the studios in countries like China and Russia.

The exhibition will also be presented on an interactive online platform (http://www.estexhibition.com/) and accompanied by a catalogue edited by Luca Molinari and Federica Rasenti, published by Forma Edizione.
