In February 2020 the Fondazione Giorgio Cini, in cooperation with the Foundations Concordance, Irma Merk, and L. + Th. La Roche, will dedicate an Early-Music Seminar to the chamber music of Antonio Caldara (Venice, 1670 – Vienna, 1736), focusing on his early works, composed in Venice and Rome/Vignanello, and on his 2-violin trio sonatas.
Main teacher will be the eminent violinist Amandine Beyer, founder and director of the ensemble Gli Incogniti and world-wide celebrated reference soloist in the baroque and classical violin repertoires.
