For over seventy years, celebrated artists, writers, historians, philosophers, poets and musicians from all over the world have left their mark on the Fondazione Giorgio Cini through their work or art in the name of beauty, thriving cultures and the pursuit of knowledge. Every year the Foundation offers the general public a rich programme of activities, bringing together historical collections and explorations of contemporary thought in events with a worldwide reach. Now you can be part of this noble tradition.

Being a Cini Ambassador means actively participating in an ongoing cultural and social renaissance. It also means enjoying advantages at special occasions, including private events, and having privileged access to explore the treasures on the Island of San Giorgio Maggiore.

You can become a Cini Ambassador by making a donation to acquire one of the various kinds of membership cards (see below for cards and benefits), or if you are presented by a cardholder.

The card is valid for 12 months from the date of the donation. Booking is required for all the above activities by sending an email to ambassador@cini.it. For tax purposes, your payment is considered to be a donation: if you are resident in Italy, you can deduct 19% of the amount (up to €2,065.83) from your income tax or 10% from your income before tax (incomes up to €70,000).

If you would like to gift a card, email us at ambassador@cini.it  with the new holder’s name and let us know if you want a digital card to be sent to the recipient or whether you prefer to collect the physical card.
