The Alta Scuola Italiana di Gastronomia Luigi Veronelli (Advanced School of Gastronomy) is pleased to announce NutriMenti | The Gastronomical Culture Week: six days (2-7 July) of meetings, debates, tastings and workshops on the Island of San Giorgio Maggiore in Venice. These events officially launch a new project jointly set up by the Seminario Permanente Luigi Veronelli and the Fondazione Giorgio Cini, with the support of Banca Generali Private.

NutriMenti | The Gastronomical Culture Week will explore the “state of the art” of the food and culinary culture as well as present the vision and educational programmes of the Alta Scuola Italiana di Gastronomia Luigi Veronelli, a school but also a cultural workshop for professionals, students and communicators in the wine, food and hospitality industries.
